    III. HOUSING INFORMATION

We would like you to be proactive in your housing/living arrangements. If you will plan to live on-campus in Student Housing, you MUST apply directly to the Student Housing Office immediately after you are admitted to Regent. You must complete a Student Housing Application online at : www.regent.edu/campus/housing, and you can learn more about the two Student Housing facilities on their website. If you have any questions, email the housing staff at studenthousing@regent.edu or call their staff at: 1-757-352-4890. The Housing staff will contact you to confirm your housing application or assignment. Married students, students with children, and graduate/older undergraduate students (25 years of age or older) will be housed in Regent Village. Undergraduate students between 18 - 24 years of age who are unmarried and without children will be housed in Regent Commons. Preferences for single students should be indicated below. All undergraduate students living in Regent Commons will have roommates or suite-mates. (NOTE: A majority of the Village apartments are not furnished apartments -- no beds, desks, chairs, sofas, etc. There will be a limited number of furnished apartments set aside for new international students arriving with children for the Spring 2015 semester. Those apartments will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it is critical for you to submit your Housing Application as soon as you are admitted to Regent.)
