Potlucks offer a bounty of food for everyone to enjoy, but someone had to cook it! What makes a great potluck dish? Easy to transport, safe to set out and serve, looks tasty, serves lots of people, and it shouldn’t take too much time to prepare. Whew! That’s a lot to expect from a dish. And we all want to show off just a bit! Join us as we dismantle all the dish needs to be and create potluck offerings sure to please.
