In an effort to provide more efficient and cost effective transportation services, we are requesting some information from you. If your Parochial, ACAT, MACAT or High School Student plans to take advantage of regularly scheduled bus services either to or from school this coming school year, please fill out the information below.
This form should be completed by June 30, 2017. If we do not hear from you, your student will not have transportation assigned to them. We will not be mailing transportation information letters this year, but you may view your route information on Parent Connect after August 25.
