How To Use Livewello’s SNP SandBox, Health Conditions Tool & Gene Library.

Some pictures and video may look different due to App updates

What is the Livewello SNP Sandbox tool?

The Livewello SNP Sandbox tool is just one of the free features of your Livewello Gene App.

In addition to the Standard 300 SNP Report you get with the App, this tool allows you to add thousands of SNPs of YOUR choice to your Report. You can use it to add SNPs to your Report that are not in your Standard Variance Report. So, if you've received your 23andMe, Ancestry, FTDNA etc Raw Data results, and are looking for your results on a particular SNP or Gene, you can use The SNP Sandbox tool to check for it.

This tool is suitable for people who may have already run their Report with a different App and are looking to add even more SNPs to their Variant Report. Once you’re done, you can add the Template to the Gene Library. There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for the SNP Sandbox Tool or the Gene Library. Once you pay for the Livewello Gene App, the SNP Sandbox and Gene Library features are free with your purchase.

  • Why Do I Need the Livewello SNP Sandbox Tool ?

For most people a Variance report with only 300 SNPs doesn't paint a complete picture.

  • As such, they will need to delve deeper into their genome to figure out what is going on. Most people do not realise that their 23andMe Raw Data comes with 297,000 Disease related SNPs. All of which have research being added to the PubMed Database almost daily. Every SNP in your Livewello Report has a live connection to this up-to-date research information from PubMed, SNPedia, dbSNP, Ensembl and Google Scholar. New information and Research is being added almost daily to these Databases so you need an App that is dynamic enough to connect you to this information.

  • The Livewello Gene App comes with a 300 SNP Standard Report as-well-as the SNP Sandbox tool AND the SNP Template Library.

With Livewello's SNP Sandbox, Livewello Gene App users are empowered with up-to-date access to this crucial information as these correlations are being made by Research.

Livewello's SNP Sandbox feature helps people and Practitioners further investigate those SNPs in their genotype, by allowing them create an unlimited number of customized Reports of Genes/SNPs, in any combination they choose. Any tool that allows a Healthcare Practitioner further customize the care they give to their patient helps improve health outcomes. Having a global picture of a person’s Genes supports that cause.

Already, our users have proven this need. In the few months since adding this feature, Livewello users have added thousands of Templates to the
Gene Library. The Templates are available for free to other Livewello Gene App users thereby enhancing the user experience.

  • About Livewello

LiveWello's Founders are the parents of a son living with Autism and a Seizure Disorder. They have also lost many family members to chronic illness and have been mired in the world of health and recovery since 2009. It was built as a result of the struggles they faced trying to find tools just like it while coping as caregivers.

The Livewello Gene App is just one of those Apps and it can be used by people who have received their 23andMe, Family Tree DNA, Ancestry.com and most other international Personal Genomics companies. It is a web based tool that can be used on a browser at https://livewello.com/snps

Livewello comes with 8 Major Features:

1) A Standard  Sample 300 SNP Gene Report: https://livewello.com/snps/share?for=martin.dawson.606

REMEMBER: This sample report contains only about 300 SNPs out of the thousands that your LiveWello App provides. As long as a SNP is in your Raw Data, with the Minor Allele and rsID, Livewello will generate a Gene Report for you. With the App, you will be able to generate your report with much more Genes and learn about the diseases and symptoms associated with your Genes.

2) A Gene Library

It contains hundreds of Gene compilations that were created using the SNP Sandbox Tool. By Clicking on a template link, you can use it to auto-generate a report for yourself or any profiles in your account: https://livewello.com/snps/library
