主要的纽约老年市民房租增长减免(SCRIE)/老年市民房租稳定项目报告已公布：
•LiveOn纽约以及企业社区合作伙伴公布了一项报告，在纽约，有极多数在SCRIE/老年市民房租稳定项目中的老年市民仍然需要为他们的房租支付超过他们收入50%的费用。SCRIE为居住在房租调控型房源中且房租费用超过收入的三分之一的老年市民家庭冻结房租费用。报告可在www.liveon-ny.org上找到
•将所有的房租稳定在收入的三分之一：报告中最主要的推荐方法之一是在纽约建立一个所有SCRIE的老年市民房租都不超过收入三分之一的项目。这个做法将会让成千上万居住在房租调控型房源中的老年纽约市民能够继续负担的起他们的房租，同时也有收入可以满足其他的日常需求。
 •帮助我们加强SCRIE（免加租）的项目：回答这份问卷会使得SCRIE成为一个支持老年市民的更好的项目
