Long Island City Survey
Schneps Communications, publisher of The Queens Courier, LIC Courier Magazine, BORO Magazine and QNS.com, is conducting a survey to gauge residents’ opinions on The Economic Development Corporation’s plan to add a second (in addition to Hunters Point South) East River Ferry landing on the Long Island City waterfront.

The options being proposed are at Gantry Plaza State Park or the north end of 44th Drive (located on the other side of Anable Basin adjacent to Water’s Edge Restaurant). Recently an elected official expressed opposition to the Gantry Plaza State Park location, concerned that the increased foot traffic in the park would cause wear and tear, among other problems.
