Parent Request for IC Portal Account

If you are the parent or legal guardian of a student in the Logan-Hocking School District, you may request an Infinite Campus Portal account. This account provides access to student schedules, grades, teacher lesson plans, and more.

To make this request and verify who you are in our system, please complete the questions below. You will be asked verification questions about one student, but you will have access to all the students you should once you create your account. There is no need to complete this form more than once.

You should receive an email in a few days with your personal activation code and directions for creating your Infinite Campus Portal account. If you already have an IC Portal account, we will send you an email with your username and a temporary password.
