Intercultural Communication and Professional Development Workshop Registration
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Intercultural Communication and Professional Development Workshop. Companies prioritize hiring employees who are able to communicate effectively with diverse professionals and those who are able to speak about their personal experiences in settings such as interviews or with your colleagues. The goal of this workshop is to help you develop tools to better navigate conflicts that naturally arise as a working professional, to be able to articulate this in work settings, and to create unity through diversity.

The workshop will feature the following:
1) PROFESSIONAL ASSESSMENT: The Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory (ICS; valued at $16.00) will help you become more aware of your communication style to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and solve problems in global personal and professional settings.
2) SKILL BUILDING AND INTERACTIVE SEMINARS to gain skills and develop tools to thrive in the professional world.
3) PANEL OF WORKING PROFESSIONALS who will share their experiences and advice for how to navigate intercultural communication and conflicts in the workforce.

WHEN: Saturday, April 1st from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
WHERE: Williams Hall, Global Commons
INCLUDED: Breakfast, Lunch, and a professional development inventory
