In an attempt to get the largest possible pool of candidates, we are asking that you submit your nominations through this Google Form before February 15th.  Your email address is being collected to ensure one response per member, but will not be visible with the collected responses to assure anonymity. Please keep me in mind that a teacher can nominate themselves for awards. Nominations will be complied and the Area director will be in contact with those people about completing award applications.
