Commitments to Multisite JumpStart InnovationLab

Churches must be currently engaged in Multisite with at least one staff member dedicated to the leadership and oversight of the ministry. • Churches must anticipate and be committed to an environment of innovation and experimentation of new ideas of development and structure, during the InnovationLab program. • Senior Pastor, Lead Pastor or Executive Pastor are required to be part of the 3 member InnovationLab team. Team members participating must have responsibility and oversight of Multisite Ministry vision and decisions. • Churches must sign an agreement with Leadership Network to fully participate in Multisite JumpStart InnovationLab. Full participation includes attendance of a 3 person team at the October 9-10, 2014 and October 8-9, 2015 meetings in Dallas, TX, and in the online meeting April 14, 2015 (no travel required for the online meeting). These meetings will happen over a year's time. No travel required for online meeting. • Churches must also agree to the publication of ideas and models for other churches to replicate. • In the event a church breaks its agreement with Leadership Network and chooses early withdrawal from the program, the $6,000 registration fee is non-refundable.
