Room Request Process:1. Be sure to book room well in advance, as rooms fill up quickly.2. Please book the room according to the size of your group.3. After you complete this form, you will receive an email confirmation or revision of the request from Lupita or Lisa based on the availability for the requested time.4.The PDC is not responsible for making copies, setting up technology or providing supplies for your event. (PDC store does offer materials for purchase).5. If you are uncertain of how to use the technology in your requested meeting room, please plan ahead to become acquainted prior to your meeting with Lupita or Lisa.6. You are responsible for cleaning up the room after your event.
