Room Request Process:1. Be sure to book room well in advance, as rooms fill up quickly.2. Please book the room according to the size of your group.3. After you complete this form, you will receive an email confirmation or revision of the request from Rebecca or Maria based on the availability for the requested time. Your reservation is not approved until you have received an email confirmation.4. Those using the room are responsible for making photocopies, setting up technology or providing supplies for your meeting/event. For technical assistance, contact the LCPS Help Desk (firstname.lastname@example.org or 527-HELP).6. You are responsible for cleaning up the room after your event.7. If your event is being held outside of normal business hours (8am-5pm, Mon.- Fri.), you must submit an LCPS Facility Use Form, KF-E1, to Cindy Mullen (cmullen1@lcps) at (575) 527-5401.
