1. Verbal only announcement requests are to be submitted by noon Friday.
2. Video and graphics announcement requests need to be submitted by Tuesday 5 pm before the next chapel program. Any videos and graphics must be emailed to "firstname.lastname@example.org" at the time that the request is made.The request should include:
- Graphic to be shown on screens; Dimensions 1920X1080 pixels Preferably JPEG. (Other options: jpg, tif, tiff, png, gifs)
- Video (if applicable) to be shown on screens.
3. Only verbal and video announcements that apply to the majority of the university community will be made at Chapel.
4. Verbal announcements will be made by one person, selected by the production team.
5. Each worship will have a place for only two 30 second video announcements. The following guidelines will apply to the video format announcements:
- 30 seconds or less;
- Clear Audio;
- High Quality Video Editing;
- Include substantial information about event;
- Include highlights of information in word form at some point in the video;
- Appropriate for a Religious Sanctuary.
- We encourage you use film department expertise.
6. The Chapel production team authorizes proposed announcements.
