Use this form to request that a song be played in the upcoming week.  The last checkbox on this form indicates that you, the student, have assessed the appropriateness of the song.  Of course, I (Mrs. Benadom), will still check it.  :-)  If there is a Kidzbop version and you're good with that one, note it in the song title.

You will need to request songs each week because I will update the playlist every week.
