The purpose of this assessment is to:
• Gather information from board members regarding their experience with, and opinions of, their board and organization;
• Identify education and training needs;
• Determine the general health of an organization from the individual perspective of board members.

This assessment has four sections:
Section I - Leadership Profile
Section II - Board Member Competencies
Section III - Health of the Organization
Section IV - Education and Training Needs
