JOB DESCRIPTIONOffice Administration and Children’s Ministry Leader Job Description:• 9 weeks - June 25 - Aug 24 • Monday - Friday; 9am-noon @ $15/hr
This position involves the following responsibilities:• responding to telephone inquiries and performing public reception duties;• preparing weekly bulletins; • providing general administration and word processing support to pastoral staff;• performing website and email updates;• maintaining online events calendar;• finding volunteers to staff the 2/3 room• VBS administration
Successful candidate must be at least 18 years old and should be able to fulfill the following:• have experience or an aptitude for working in an office• be proficient working with Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher and Excel)• have well mannered, courteous phone skills;
It is considered an asset if the candidate has the spiritual gifts of administration, and mercy.
Candidate will report to the KBC Administrator.
