IMPORTANT: This is a quick two-step process; the first step is the payment, the second step is submitting this form.
After you sign and date this form, there is a PayPal link that you will need to click on in order to pay the enrollment and tuition fees for your selected program and to be officially enrolled. The link will bring you to the PayPal page where you can pay the Enrollment Fee ($25) and Tuition (amount depending on which program you choose to enroll in). You are not required to have a PayPal account to use this feature. There is a gray button near the bottom of the PayPal page to pay by credit or debit card.
Please DO NOT FORGET to click the SUBMIT button AFTER you have made a payment. Only after these two steps are completed are you officially enrolled.
After payment is complete, you will receive a statement from Mrs. Rebekah Joy, Accounts Receivable Officer; after this enrollment contract form is submitted, you will receive an Information Sheet from Mme. Irina Wunder.
