JPG 2017-2018 RE-ENROLLMENT FORM
Once you submit this form, you will receive an invoice via email from the school's Business Office that allows you to pay your enrollment fee of $500 per student online. This deposit is due by January 18, 2017.

We continue to embrace the culture of life, offering a generous multi-student discount of 20% for the 3rd child and above from each family.

If you would like to pay the academic fee along with the re-enrollment fee, please indicate so at the bottom of this form.

Likewise, our St. Joseph Scholarship Program continues to be available for families of who meet certain needs-based requirements. An application for tuition assistance must be submitted each year. Please call Mrs. Tiffany Myers, Business Manager, to acquire that form, which has the same deadline of January 18, 2017.
