We will be reviewing all applications for the 100 vending spaces available based on the best matches for this event and its Steampunk appeal!

We greatly appreciate our past vendors. However, vending at a Jeff Mach event in the past does not guarantee acceptance for this event..

Vending fees are $100 for a 10x10 Space ($125 for applicants who apply after 10/15). You may request multiple spaces. A portion of the vendor fee will go directly to the benefiting charity, Warmer Winters.

We will notify all applying vendors of their status by November 11th, 2016--if we have accepted the application, wait listed the application, or declined the application. Wait listed vendors will be contacted in case of a vendor cancellation no later than December 5th, 2016.

Payment will be due upon receipt of invoice for accepted vendors. If a vendor has not made payment (or made arrangements for delayed payment) within 2 weeks of acceptance into the event, their space will open up to other applicants and the original vendor will be placed on the Wait List.

Vending Needs
Your space requests, and table/chair needs. We are still working out details with the venue, but it seems likely that we will be able to provide a table and two chairs per booth space.

Vending hours are 10 a.m. till 8 p.m.

All spaces are Ballroom 10 x 10 spaces. Multiple spaces can be purchased.

IMPORTANT: Please check in at the Vendor Check-In table before opening for sales on Saturday. Vendors cannot start selling their wares until they have checked in with the vendor team. Thank you! :)

Invoicing and Payment Agreement *
Invoice will be issued upon acceptance. Payment or payment arrangement must be made within 2 weeks of invoice date, or your space will revert to waitlist status. Invoice is sent via Square to the email address you provided above. An incorrect address does not affect this agreement.
