JCPS Google Help Request

Office 365 is now the authority on validating credentials for Google accounts. This means that students/staff will need to use their JCPS email address and password to login to their Google account. If they are not able to log in, they will need to have a PW reset done. Staff can do this at and students will need to have the STC reset them in The service desk is no longer resetting employee passwords over the phone.

These Google accounts should be up running about three days after they are new to our district.

Day 1 – Employee becomes active in Munis or student has enrollment added to IC. Local network accounts are made automatically by provisioning.
Day 2 – Email addresses are created overnight by the state.
Day 3 – Google accounts are create overnight by our nightly sync.

Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
