EMS Schedule Repair Form 2018-2019
The Online Schedule Correction Request Form will be available on the EMS website starting 11/6. You may submit requests on this form via email to counseling/administration from 11/6 through 11/9 . We will attempt to make your requested correction and if we are able to do so, you will see it reflected on your schedule before the start of trimester 2. If a schedule correction is not possible, you will have to follow your existing schedule.

Allowable Schedule repairs include:
1. A student needs to add a specific core class.
2. The student is in the wrong level class.
3. The student’s schedule is incomplete.

These requests will be honored on a space available basis.

Requests that cannot be honored:
1. A student wants a specific teacher and/or team.
2. A student wants to change classes to be with a friend.
3. Elective requests where classes are currently full.
