Jeffco Public Library Card - Collection Form
The Jefferson County Public Library (JCPL) has dozens of licensed databases that students can access at school for excellent, up-to-date research and information. In order access the databases the students will need to have a JCPL library card and know:

1. The library card number

2. The name listed on the card

To view some of the public library databases, you can visit the JCPL website at http://jeffcolibrary.org/kids/homework-help. In order for your child to be able to access these databases for research at school, please provide your student’s library card number on the lines below. Library card numbers will be used at school only for student academic research, and students will only have access to their own library accounts. We are very fortunate to be able to take advantage of the partnership with the JCPL and utilize the free resources.
