Join us in Support of MAP Grant Funding
Thousands of students across Illinois rely on the Monetary Award Program to attend college and be success.
Uncertainty surrounding an important state aid program for qualifying college students persists as the semester begins.
This terrible situation should never have happened. The Senate has repeatedly tried to get student aid to the students who rely on it to better their lives. We plan to keep trying.
Join us in urging the governor to rethink his position, reconsider his priorities and not act rashly but rather in the best interests of these students, their futures and the future of Illinois.
We need to work towards making college more affordable for students, not taking away opportunities or forcing students to graduate with loads of debt.
