11			Breaking down the game is a huge part of building a successful robot. Understanding how to utilize your robot is essential to being a top team.	Tips on how to organize your team. This session will be geared towards organization, communication, and creating a calendar with Gantt Charts.	The opportunities for STEM graduates are astronomical. Yet females are still under-represented in these fields.	Software and Firmware from the CSA perspective. Most teams overlook this vital component of the robot leading into their regionals. This session is hosted by two veteran CSA's.	Overlooking your pneumatics could lead to an ineffective robot. This session is dedication to showcase the potential for great pneumatic systems and manipultors.	An important aspect of the FIRST Competition is working with other teams. A major part of networking should happen before a regional or competitve event. Getting your team into a Hub/Alliance/ Coalition can be crucial to the success and survival of your team.	Utilizing the numerous Ri3d teams experiences can help your team break down the game. We are fortunate to have Bison Robotics' Ri3D team ready to illustrate how this can happen.	No funds, no robot. Great fundraising and great partnerships can help to build your bottom line. Both teams have bulked up their piggy-banks with sponsors and fresh fundraising ideas.

15			The second portion of game strategy will take a more in-depth look at how to prepare for the game.	This session will take a more in-depth look on how to create media and communication that will put your team in a better spot to succceed	Drive trains are always the main concern of a robotics team. However, too many robotics teams don't look deep enough on what manipulators have been used in the past games. (focus on Game Piece Manipulators)	You need to build a robot. Therefore you need to know electrical: Energy Budget, Components, Wiring. Learn how to do this the correct way.	What is LabVIEW? What is new in LabVIEW 2017? Industries using LabVIEW LabVIEW with Arduino and Raspberry	Three young teams will showcase the way that they qualified for the World Championships in 2016. Each will offer a unique perspective on their team's experience.	This session will help you get the most out of your competition experience. Get an overview of a FRC regional - setting your goals, what happens on and off the field, alliance selection, awards, and qualifying for Champs and State	Effective strategies for teams that are working towards their first Chairman's Award.

19			An all-encompassing look at drive trains that have been used at their best in FRC by someone that knows them.	The most crucial and nailbiting portion of a competition this side of alliance selections; Jon Stratis has been a Lead Robot Inspector for many events. His expertise will help your team prepare for inspections properly.	Looking deeper into the abyss of past FRC games, Mark Durand will showcase what manipulators have been used. (Focus on Field Element Manipulators)	You need to build a robot. Therefore you need to know electrical: Energy Budget, Components, Wiring. Learn how to do this the correct way.	As your team progresses, you may want to look at other languages available for coding. This session is set up to give the ins and outs of both C++ and Java.	What goes into designing a pit? How can you stand out? Sub-Zero wll share their tricks. Along with having a pit that works for your team, you need to have a properly trained pit crew to be efficient under the pressure of competitions.	This session is geared for teams that are still in their first few years. We will be hosting a roundtable of experienced mentors to answer questions that rookie, first year, and second year teams face.	Roundtable Discussion

25			Scouting can make and break a team's performance. This session is set up to help create the best opportunities for your team in Regionals, Worlds, and at the State Championships	Your FRC team is akin to a small business, you need it as such. Evan will go over the details of how to inventory your stock, take a look at the many issues with safety, and will work with areas of loss prevention.	Branding your team from the experts. FRC team 1816 'The Green Machine' is a veteran of FIRST and how to successfully brand your team.	Heavy defensive games need great bumpers. FInd out what you will need to build bumpers	There are many facets of an FRC team and none are more important than the social media footprint. FRC 1816 has the framework in place for all other teams to follow when it comes to social media.	This sessions will be lead by member of MN FIRST. During this session, mentors will be able to discuss their concerns with the growth of FRC in Minnesota. MN FIRST will also be able to impart some of the growth areas that need to be addressed.	A session just for head coaches on how to lead your team through all of the challenges of FRC season and the issues that plague a team in the off-season.	No matter how your team is funded, you always need more support. Creating a Booster Club helps to alleviate the pressures of finding funding and engaging new sponsors.

29			Many teams build a great robot but never think to practice in a live setting. TNT will showcase why the Week Zero events are so crucial to robot performance at a regional.	How to assemble an effective drive team prior to your regional so that you are best prepared for success.	Knowing what is required for Awards makes your team's job easier. Knowing when to submit is a must. There will be an emphasis on young teams' Chairman's submission	How to lay out your season for success. We will also be discussing on how to build a strong team.
