Korea-America Student Conference Application
The Korea America Student Conference (KASC) is a student-led, academic and cultural exchange program that was launched through the International Student Conference (ISC) in 2008 to build closer ties between young leaders in Korea and America. Each year, an equal number of students from America and Korea are competitively selected to spend one month together, studying and analyzing Korea-America relations while visiting four diverse regions in the host country. To emphasize the deep relationship between Korea and America, the location of the conference alternates between the two countries every single year.

For this year’s 10th Korea America Student Conference, the theme is “Broadening Perspectives on Global Issues in Relation to Korea and the US". The 10th KASC will be held in America lasting three weeks starting at the end of July through the middle of August 2017, where we will be visiting four different host cities: The San Francisco Bay Area, Dallas, and Washington DC.

During the conference, delegates will actively engage in rigorous round-table discussions, and attend lectures and site visits to various organizations. At the end of the conference, each round-table group will present the results of their month-long research and solution to a panel of expert judges, their peers, and the public audience.
