IPS is intentionally working to build a cohort that reflects identities across a wide range of experience. We know that internships often have not embraced or lifted up marginalized groups, and we aim to change that. As we work to transform the make-up of our world’s future movement leaders, we are deeply committed to supporting diversity (across races, ethnicities, genders, sexualities, levels of ability, etc)  in the next generation of public scholars.
