Disclosures & Refund Policy:
All participants of each Stratman Sports league must sign a waiver of liability to participate. Failure or refusal to waive liability will result in non-participation for that individual and will void any refund or future credit.
Stratman Sports leagues will operate with a minimum of four (4) teams per division. After the registration deadline, there are absolutely no refunds, credits or transfers to a future season, unless a severe circumstance is involved (For example, illness or injury).
If a league division does not fill, full refunds will be given if team does not want to, or cannot be placed in another division.
Rules and league regulations are available online and upon request. Failure to abide by Stratman Sports rules and regulations will result in forfeiture of league participation and void any refunds.

Teams are bound to the league level they originally sign up for once a firm schedule is posted. If you are unsure of the proper level to sign up for, please call the office prior to signing up.
Any player or team removed from a league or suspended for any amount of time for disciplinary reasons or excessive forfeits are not eligible for any refunds. A team winning a game or games due to a forfeiture by an opponent is not eligible for a refund for the game(s) not played. All efforts will be made to ensure a match is made available for the winning team of a forfeiture (for example, another team will be asked to play a double header to make sure your team gets playing time).
Captain’s Responsibilities: As a Team Captain, you are ultimately responsible for the prompt and timely payment of your team’s League Fee. However, if at any point a few individuals or the team at large stray from our established policies, the personal and financial burden will fall directly on the Team Captain's (YOUR) shoulders. Therefore, it is in your own best interest to keep your team responsible and running smoothly. It may not always be your fault if problems arise, but if you are unwilling to accept the consequences when they do, then please consider having someone else serve as the Captain.
If a check bounces or is returned, a $15 administrative fee is added to your balance (to cover bank charge and administrative cost). After a check is returned, the balance must be paid by cash or via credit card ($20 administrative fee added if paying by credit card - includes convenience fee).
