IEEE Digital Presence Database Information Form
The IEEE Digital Presence Database (DPDB) is a repository of information about IEEE web properties and social media sites. The database contains information about the IEEE digital presence, including ownership and technical characteristics of IEEE-owned and managed websites and Social Media sites.

The intention of collecting this information is to aid in preventing inappropriate usage, protecting IEEE brand(s) from infringement, reputation management, and to avoid IEEE-related websites becoming inaccessible.

If you are a subscriber to the IEEE Web Management Newsletter, there’s a good chance that you are responsible for the content, or operation and maintenance of one or more IEEE websites and/or social media sites, and the database already contains information about you and your site. We’d like to request that you provide us with information on these properties to add to or update the DPDB.

Please answer the questions that follow to register your site or update your site's information in the DPDB. It should take about 5-10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. We will get in touch if we need additional information.
