Transfer of Provider Request Form

This form is to be completed by an ICAE student wishing to transfer providers.
Please note that Transfer requests will not be granted in specific circumstances including when the request is within six months of course commencement, the student does not have a valid Letter of Offer from the receiving provider or the student has Outstanding Payments for ICAE.     Reasons for requesting transfer

    You must also provide copies supporting documentation including an offer letter from your new provider. Email to info@icae.edu.au or provide to ICAE office.
