A DC based research group is looking for participants for a research interview about some of your shopping habits. The interview would be conducted online using Go To Meeting and will be one hour long. As a thank you, after participating you'll receive a $50 Amazon gift card!

We are looking for some specific types of participants, explained in the profiles below. If you're interested, please review the profiles below and answer the following questions. If you're a good fit for this study we'll follow up with a confirmation email!

Gilt City Superfan: You may be a fan of the flash sales, but what you really like about Gilt are their City deals. You check often to see what’s new and you regularly find things you can’t pass up.

Scoutmob Superfan: You’re an on-the-go deal seeker and Scoutmob helps you find the greatest deals near you. Your favorite features might be the location based suggestions or their creative illustrations.

LivingSocial Superfan: LivingSocial is your main deal site and you consider it a step above the rest. You get excited to check out what’s new and take full advantage of all the great deals you find.

Groupon Superfan: You’re Groupon’s biggest fan! You’re excited to check for new deals everyday and buy deals often. You might also refer friends and tell others about the site whenever possible.

Other deal site superfan: Are you a loyal shopper of another daily deal site that we didn’t mention? Do you have a specific go-to site that you consider to be the best? Tell us all about it below!

Goldstar Superfan: You love to attend live events but hate paying full price. You’re always checking Goldstar for discount tickets and it might even be your source for finding things the best things to do.

LivingSocial Cynic: You’re by no means a LivingSocial fan and you have your reasons. Whether you dislike the deals, the policies or the just the idea in general, LivingSocial just hasn’t worked out for you.

Groupon Cynic: You’re anti-Groupon and not afraid to say it. Maybe you used it once and felt burned, or maybe you were against it from the beginning. Whatever the case, you’re not a fan.

Former daily deal enthusiast: No matter what sites you used to use, you’re using them all much less now. You used to purchase frequently, but you’ve since dropped off. Maybe the excitement has worn off or maybe you’re on a tight budget, but you’re not purchasing from these sites like you used to.
