Ultimate Hall of Fame: 2013 Call to The Community
Welcome and thank you in advance for participating in the Ultimate Hall of Fame selection process!

Since the HOF was created in 2004, the process of selecting the candidates has been to obtain input from divisional peer groups, validate the selections via the working group (known as the Vetting Subcommittee) and then identify a final 'Slate of Eight' to get voted on by the current members of the Hall of Fame for final selection.

One of the major improvements initiated in 2009 was the introduction of this "Call to the Community": a forum for anyone in the greater ultimate community to voice their opinions about the 8 candidates below.  Your opinions will be shared with the Hall of Fame voters as additional input to aid in the voters' decisions.

Using the form below is easy: First, you'll need to identify yourself (anonymous input is suspect and useless to the voters).  We will only share input that is provided from someone who is willing to tell us their identity ... but we will NOT reveal or link your identity to the information you provide (unless you instruct us to do so). When you tell us who you are, the ONLY person who will link name and opinion is the administrative person who aggregates this data and then 'anonymizes' it before sharing it with the voters.

After completing the "who you are" items, please select any of the candidates that you want to comment upon.  Please provide information that you believe will help the voters to know more about the candidate and share any information that would support (or not) that candidate's entry in to the Ultimate Hall of Fame.

d. Attributed - it's either ok or not to share my name with the voters
(If you choose to, we can include your name along with your input.  The default is NO and only if you expressly instruct us here with a 'YES' will we reveal your name to the voters.)
Clear selection
e. Short Description of YOU *
(short description of yourself that we can use to give helpful context when sharing your input with the HOF voters, but that doesn't personally identify you, eg "long time player in the womens and mixed division in the midwest in the 1990s".  For this question, we are not looking for any sort of lengthy justification about your ability to comment knowledgeably -- you will have a large optional input space later to provide as much as you want about yourself, if you feel you want to. )
