Please note: Delegate name(s), association/group, and delegation topic submitted on this form will be published on the Board's website, and released to the media upon request.

Timelines for Delegation Requests
A Delegation Request Form must be submitted by noon at least two business days prior to the meeting for which the delegation is intended. For example, if the Board meeting is on Wednesday night, the request must be submitted by noon on the Monday preceding the meeting.

Delegation requests will be only be accepted within five (5) weeks preceding the meeting at which the delegate is requesting to speak. Delegates will be notified via confirmation email ONLY after the submission deadline (noon, two days prior to the meeting date), indicating whether their delegation has been accepted.

PLEASE BE ADVISED -- providing as much detail as possible about your delegation will assist the Chair and/or Vice-Chair in reviewing submissions.

All materials for distribution to Trustees must be sent via email or delivered to the Director's Office, JW Singleton Education Centre, 2050 Guelph Line, Burlington by 10 a.m. on the day prior to the meeting.
