Game Day Assistant Job Description: -Primary role is to assist the IM LeeSports Staff with game day set up, clean up, and logistics (score keeping, picture/video taking, ball shagging, etc.) for on and off campus leagues/tournaments. -Attend all scheduled game days on time and in uniform; must find alternate Assistant Official to cover if you cannot attend a scheduled game day- Assist with tabling to market the programs -Must be willing to attend games off campus (Salt Lake, Kalihi, and Waipahu area) and have own transportation to and from facilities-Other duties may be assigned Pay Options for Game Day Assistants1. $500 volunteer scholarship: -Must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA and complete 50 hours as a volunteer Game Day Assistant within the semester. -The $500 scholarship is applied to your tuition.
2. $15 stipend/game day: -Bonuses are available for this option. -For example, if you assist with all football game days, you will receive an extra $25 bonus. -Additionally, if you assist for ALL games for ALL sports, you will receive a $50 bonus.-Stipends will be paid out after every league.
*You may apply for both positions, but you cannot be an assistant official and a game day assistant in the same league.*Also, you may play in the leagues, but you are not allowed to be an assistant official/game day assistant for that same league.
