MINDFULNESS SKILLS GROUP

CAPS is pleased to offer a 4-week group designed to teach students mindfulness skills including:
Deep Breathing
Guided Imagery
Sitting, Walking and Eating Meditation
*We will learn to deepen our attention and awareness, increase our ability to live in the present moment, release our worries and thoughts and decrease reaction to stress and judgments.
