Hapara Certified Educator Program Participation Terms. I agree that Hapara will retain all right, title, and interest in and to (i) its pre-existing Intellectual Property, (ii) the Services and the Products, and (iii) all modifications, enhancements, revisions, changes, copies, partial copies, translations, compilations, improvements, and derivative works of the foregoing, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein (the “Hapara Intellectual Property”). (iv) I agree to maintain confidentiality of all Hapara Certified Educator course content and credentials, and to refrain from copying, publishing, sharing, reproducing, or utilizing any course materials without express written permission from Hapara. (v) I agree to refrain from sharing the contents of the course Exams or activities. (vi) I grant Hapara the right to distribute, use, copy, and create derivative works of any materials that I create and submit in response to any Course activity or assignment (vii) I agree not to reverse engineer the Hapara Products or Services; (viii) modify the Hapara Products or Services; (ix) make any copies of the Hapara Products or Services; (x) resell, distribute, or allow any Third Party to use, or sublicense the Hapara Products or Services; (xi) remove or modify any proprietary marking on the Hapara Products or Services; (xii) use the Services, the Products or the Hapara Intellectual Property in violation of any Applicable Laws or for any purpose not specifically permitted in this Agreement; or (xiii) introduce into the Hapara Products or Services any software, virus, worm, “back-door,” Trojan Horse, or similar harmful code.
