This form is used to make any changes to your student's transportation. It can be used for temporary changes or permanent ones.  

Please note that changes take between two and five business days to be completed.  Also, we cannot transport to any stop outside of the district or an elementary student's building boundary.

Please note that no transportation requests will be completed between August 8th and September 8th.  Any requests submitted during those dates will be complete in the order they were received starting September 9th.

**Address changes will not be completed using this form.**
