The Oregon Promise Tuition Grant - Application Opens October 1st
Who: All Recent Grads, 2.5 high school GPA, lived in Oregon 12 months, enroll in college within 6 months of h.s. grad. or GED
What: Up to 2 years of free 12 credit tuition at an Oregon community college
How:Application online atoregonstudentaid.gov, must also complete the federal aid application at FAFSA.gov Or
if DACA or undocumented – complete the ORSAA application at www.oregonstudentaid.gov.
When: Application opens each October – Apply as soon as possible in case funding runs out.

See Kendra for Nomination Materials by 10/26/17AnyPrudential Spririt of Community Awards.All Students in grades 9th - 12th who have outstanding community service records are encouraged to apply for this scholarship. Scholarship recipients can receive a $5,000 grant for college and a $5,000 grant payable to the charity/non-profit of the student's choice. If you would like to be considered for this opportunity go to the College & Career Center to pick up the Nomination Application. Applications will be managed by the high school scholarship coordinator (Kendra Maddox) to ensure all GHS applicants are not disqualified.
