Each year, the Green Council of PTAs and each PTA unit [Primary (Pre-K-3), Elementary (4-6), Middle School (7-8) and High School (9-12)] give an Outstanding Educator Award. A nominee for Outstanding Educator can be a teacher, counselor, principal, tutor, etc. Please use this form to make a nomination for Outstanding Educator. The deadline to submit nominations is Wednesday, January 4, 2017.
