Tech Troubleshooting - In Class
This form can be used for more than Chromebook issues. It's the fastest way to get help with anything you need from the Technology Team, which includes, but is not limited to:
-correcting email and Moodle access issues,
-repairing damaged hardware or software,
-replacement parts, cords, or cables,
-requests for new software and Moodle plug-ins,
-requesting sites be blocked or unblocked
-and other miscellaneous and sundry items.
Please, before submitting a help request, try the following to see if it solves your issue.
Turn the computer off by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Turn computer back on.
Good for general slowness or computer is frozen.
(Chromebook Only) Perform a hard reset by holding Refresh and the Power button for 10 seconds.
Recommend for power issues and chromebooks not powering on.
Reset google account, under settings click advanced then scroll to the bottom and click reset settings.
Good for pages now loading as expected.
