Alias request form
To perform an alias, register both gadgets as outlined on this page: http://code.google.com/p/igoogle-developers/wiki/GadgetRegistration.  Note the consumer secret generated for each gadget during this process.  Once completed, enter the old and new XML URLs below.  You must also enter the consumer secret for the old gadget to prove you are the owner.

Once entered, the alias should take effect within approximately one week.  If you'd like to be notified of errors in your submission, or when the request has been successfully processed, enter your email address as well.  After completing the form, make sure you have submitted the new gadget XML to the directory.
