Breakout Sessions are Chrome Engineer led free-form sessions based around a whiteboard where you can give direct feedback to the engineering teams and tell them the issues you face as a web developer.

Tuesday Lunch
We have two breakout sessions run over lunch: Media API's and what you want from them in the future and an introduction to Houdini (think ServiceWorker for the UI thread)
Tuesday Evening
We have 4 breakout sessions on the tuesday evening.  Ballista (Web Intents v2), New Payments APIs, Physical Web (will be great given the talk I have just seen) and one on User Agent Intervention (what are your thoughts on the browser intervening to block poor user experiences - i.e, popup blockers v2)
Wednesday Lunch
We have two breakout sessions run over lunch: Feedback on Devtools and also a talk about needs for Offline Storage lead by eng for Lovefield (check it out)
Wednesday Evening
We have 4 breakout sessions on the wednesday evening.  Experimental Frameworks (how do we test *new* API's at scale without breaking the web), Service Worker with Jake. RAIL, does it work for you?  Will you follow its guide? And finally PageSpeed, what do you need to go fast automatically and what will stop you deploying it?
