Transcript Request - READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO AVOID DELAYS.
A Transcript or an In-Progress Transcript Report is a detailed record of a student’s academic achievements. An In-Progress Transcript Report is a record of your past credits as well as a list of the courses you are currently taking. Throughout the school year, if you need marks sent to a university, college or for scholarship/bursary application, the In-Progress Transcript Report is used until you have completed the year.

You may request a Transcript/In-progress Transcript at the Counselling Department at any time through the school year from Mrs. Hatt. Please give her at least two days notice.

There is a Transcript sign-up book located in the Guidance Office. You must remember to request your Transcript each time it is needed.

Most universities and colleges in the Atlantic Provinces accept faxed Transcripts if they are sent directly from the school. If you are applying outside of NS, NB, PEI, or NL, please talk to Mrs. Hatt about how best to send the transcripts.

If it is necessary for you to send them yourself, the Transcript/In-Progress Transcript Report will be given to you in a sealed envelope and must not be opened. It is your responsibility to check with Mrs. Hatt a day or two after you sign up for the transcript. In certain circumstances it is also possible to have the transcript/in-progress transcript scanned and sent via e-mail.

If requested in the transcript sign-up book or through the online request form, final transcripts will be faxed or mailed to your university or college after graduation. The final days transcripts can be picked up will be chosen near the end of the school year. If you plan to send them yourself, it is your responsibility to pick the transcript(s) up, or arrange to have them picked up by a parent. If it is impossible for you to get them, arrangements can be made to have them sent to you.

PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM FOR EACH INSTITUTION TO WHICH YOU NEED AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT SENT.

Unofficial transcripts are available anytime, as they have no signature or seal and are stamped as Unofficial.
