STEP I: Interview Procedure
Day 1:
Jam Session - 5 minutes per candidate
Test 1 ( 45 mins online )
Test 2 ( 2 hours Online) * Candidates who will clear Test 1
Test 3 ( 2 hours Online ) * Candidates who will clear Test 2
Day 2:
Test 4 ( 2 hours Online ) * Candidates who will clear Test 3
Day 3:
Test 5 ( 4 hours online ) * Candidates who will clear Test 4
Step II:Shortlisted Candidates will undergo BGV Process (Background Verification: will take 7 working days)
STEP III: 3 Weeks Probation period: Will allot them 8 Assignments

Cost to company (CTC) – 1.85 Lakh Per Annum during probation period ,the same will be revised to 2.64 Lakh Per Annum after sucessfully completion of 8 modules during probation period + Shift allowance of Rs. 1500 /-, Free Pick and drop, 2 Free Meals and Snacks.
Other Incentives: Quaterly Incentives for Key Contributors.
Bond With Company: 1 year Bond Agreement with GlobalLogic Technologies Ltd.
