Information is being gathered for incoming kindergarten and first and second grade students new to Lyon School for the 2018 - 2019 school year.  Our registration event is scheduled for Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m.  
 
Please fill out this form to be added to our mailing list.  Registration materials will be mailed out by February 1, 2018.  Please remember to fill out all the forms and bring them to registration on February 15th.   Remember to bring your child's original certified birth certificate in order to start the registration process.  All students starting kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1, 2018.

Things to Remember
• We can not begin the registration process unless you bring the student's birth certificate.
• A fee sheet is included in your packet. Please bring a check for fees with you.
• Medical forms - physical, eye, and dental are not due at this event but included in your packet for future use.
• The registration event is for parents only - it is a paperwork evening.  
• PTA will be present at registration and there will be information and opportunities to purchase spirit wear.
