This form is an opportunity for us to learn more about our volunteers' skills, resources, capacities, and ways you'd be interested in supporting and growing at Girls Rock Philly. By spring 2017, we will have finalized a new strategic plan. Through that process, we have identified the need to reboot and reorganize our volunteer program. We would like to create more effective avenues for volunteer engagement of varying time commitment and capacities. In that spirit, we have included some proposals of new working groups - we invite you to share your input and/or interest in joining one group (or more!)
As always, music experience is not required in order to volunteer at GRP.

★Caucus Groups: (new) We are excited to create new intentional caucus spaces for gatherings, meet ups and organizing. This is out of an organizational effort to institutionally follow the leadership of folks living at the intersections of varying oppressions. Starting this year, we will be support the creation of two caucus groups.
★Resource Development Support: This team aims to build more resources for GRP through the community-powered organizing of cash and in-kind donations. This group supports ongoing needs and appeals and has space to take on new fundraising projects!
★Outreach Support: This team supports for outreach tasks as needed. Throughout the year, we need to lean on folks who may be willing to support outreach efforts that involve tabling at various community event and fundraisers, phone banks, and mailing parties.
