When we reach your customer to conduct a recorded phone interview, turn around is 7 days for audio editing, posting to your website (with a written summary), and an email sent to your customer with the summary along with a request to post to your online review sites.

Here's the script we will use for the phone interview:
“Hello. My name is Paul and I'm calling on behalf of (your name) on a recorded line. I was wondering if you had time to complete a very quick interview regarding your experience working with (your name)
1. Tell me about the results you got when you worked with (Agent Name)?
2. Could you think of a particular occurrence that sticks out in your mind where (Agent Name) went above and beyond what they had to do in order to help you out in your situation?
3. Could we use this conversation, and a transcription of this conversation to help (Agent) market themselves better?
Thanks for your feedback! In a few days you’ll receive a written summary of what you’ve said here and (your name) would greatly appreciate it if you could copy and paste your review with any appropriate edits to a few online review sites so (your name) can help more people. The email will include links to these important online review sites. Can we count on you to leave an online review? Thank you and have a great day."
