If you are completing this form in association with presenting at GSA Connects (GSA's Annual Meeting) or a GSA section meeting we ask that you complete this form by the relevant abstract submission deadline (or shortly afterward).

If your primary or secondary mentor will be an official collaborator/coauthor of the work (their name appears on the presentation or publication) you should still complete this form.
