Application for Graduation (Grad Students)
This form tells the university what term you intend to complete your degree requirements and if/when you plan to attend commencement.
- When to Submit: At least two semesters prior to expected graduation term
- Final Deadline: 2nd week of the semester in which you plan to graduate (fall or spring)
- Late Submissions: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis; will incur a $50 late fee if approved
- A graduation processing fee will be applied to all graduating students. This non-refundable fee is charged regardless of participation in commencement. Contact Student Accounts for further details.

The Mid-Year (December) Saturday Commencement Ceremony includes all departments and graduating students. Departments may also coordinate additional activities. Spring ceremonies are program specific, please refer to department information for your program's date and time.
