John O'Sullivan from Change the Game Project - Sports Education Seminars Registration

Following on from the UWCSEA Dunia article "Making sense of Youth Sports", John O'Sullivan of the 'Change the Game Project' will visiting UWCSEA Dover.

John, the NCAA Division 1 Sports Coach, who delivered the now world renowned TED Talk 'Change the Game in Youth Sports', fresh from speaking across the U.S & Canada will be presenting a range of sports seminars free to Dover Students, Coaches and Parents. Coaches Session
"The role of the coach in developing youth athletes" (9.00 - 10.00am)
Based on child development research, studies about what kids want from sport, and using the guidance of top coaches in the game John will be giving tips and strategies to coaches on how they can maximise sport as a tool to develop the skills and values of youth athletes.

Student Session​
"Developing a champions mindset"
- Middle School (12:00 - 12:30pm)
- High School (1.15 - 1.45pm)
