Thank you for RSVPing to the third annual Bruin Science Fair!

Below is some important information for the day of the event:

DATE: April 22nd

TIME: 9:30AM-2PM

PARKING: Parking will be free! When you arrive at UCLA, head to the parking information booth (labeled on the map next to parking structure 8) and give them the password "TBE 2017". They will direct you to the correct parking lot. For any questions about parking, call UCLA transportation services at (310) 206-3884

BRUIN TOUR: We are offering an exclusive tour of our wonderful campus for students and parents, given by the mentors themselves. The tours will take place before the fair. If you would like to join us, please meet at the Bruin Bear (shown on the map) no later than 9AM

BRUIN SCIENCE FAIR: Finally! All the hard work our student's have poured into their projects will culminate in a grand science fair where they can share their ideas and make their parents proud. If you will not be joining us for a tour, please meet us at the Bruin Bear at 9:30 where we will be taking group photos of the students and mentors! We will then walk together to the Ackerman Grand Ballroom (2nd floor of Ackerman Union, shown on the map below) where the Science Fair will take place from 10AM-2PM

Note: Students should bring their poster boards to the Bruin Bear upon arrival, even if they will be going on the tour. You will not have to carry them with you on the tour, we will have mentors take them to Ackerman Grand Ballroom for you.

For any questions or comments in general, please email TheBruinExperiment@gmail.com

Be sure to look out for an email with more information as the date approaches. We look forward to seeing you all there!
